It is supposed to be nice weather too ! Yeah !

Pre- Breakfast, 16 oz. decaf coffee, 4 oz. skim milk w/ 1/2 scoop Choc. Whey protein powder
B- 2 T. scrambled egg w/ a smidge of low fat chedder cheese
2 T. oatmeal
Pre- Lunch, 20 oz. water, 4 oz. skim milk w/ 1/2 scoop Cho. Whey protein powder
L- 2 T. corned beef( extra lean)
2 T. cauliflower in low fat cheese sauce
2 T. peaches
Pre- Dinner, 8 oz. green tea, 8 oz. skim milk w/ 1/2 scoop choc. whey protein powder
D- 2 T. pork tevderloin
2 T. squash
2 T. cottage cheese
S- 3 whole wheat cracker's w/ 1 T. cottage cheese
All supplement's taken , WATER IN AS WELL ! I also walked a mile in 15 min. and did
upper body weight training for 15 min. as well !
I also am proud to say ...I lost another pound !!! After the stall now it is coming off again !!!!

Yesterday I had:
8am - 8oz soy milk w/ 1 scoop whey protein powder
11am - 1/4 c pintos & cheese w/ 1 T low-fat sour cream
3 pork rinds
2pm - salmon patty (2oz in size - made with saltines, eggs, salt & pepper cooked in low-fat cooking spray)
1 oz low fat cheese
5pm - 1 egg, scrambled with low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 sm pieces of watermelon
8pm - 11 oz Advantage protein shake

I got in all my liquids in between meals. The salmon patties were great! I've always made them but this time they were extra good. Though it took me awhile to eat, I really enjoyed the crunchy on the outside. They were YUMMY! Out of a 14 oz can of salmon I made 7 perfect size patties to store and with the eggs as ingredients, one patty has 16 g of protein.
I feel very fortunate, I've yet to have ANY problems with anything I've eaten so far. And I've never felt that "full" feeling so many people talk about. The first day I was able to eat, my first meal was an entire pintos & cheese from taco-bell (which is about 1/2 cup). I hadn't planned on eating it all because I didn't think I'd be able to and was going to stop when I got full. But I never got that full feeling and didn't realize it until I'd eaten the whole thing. I hadn't eaten for a month!
So now I limit myself to 1/2 of one (1/4 cup). I've only been eating for 7 days.

I know what you mean b/c at first I did not get that full feeling either and I thought I was eating to much . I could get down 8 T. just 4 day's out from surgery ! I did not feel full , I just stopped, figuring it was enough !
I still don't get it unless it take's me at least 15 to 20 min. to eat then I get it but if I were to eat something in a 10 min. time period then I could keep going as I don't feel full in that amount of time ! I stop now at 6 T. of food no matter what ! I figure full feeling or not most people this far out are eating about a 1/4 cup and 6 T. is a little more than that so I stick to it !

I have not had any issue's yet either with anything I have eaten . I guess we just have strong stomach's !

I have a hard time getting in the right amount of water and protein...every day!
B- cheese stick
L- 1/4 cup of a taco salad from Wendys w/chilli
D- ate the cheese and pepperoni of 1/2 pc pizza
maybe 10 ounces of water
6 ounces of crystal lit lemonade w/sliced oranges in it
6 ounces of sugar free koolaide
I tried a protein shake...but gagged and gagged!!! UGH!
