Does it taste as bad and the isopure drinks you can buy at GNC? I paid like 3.75 for a bottle of the stuff and thought how cool is 40grams in a drink form! OH MY GOODNESS it was the nastiest stuff I have ever drank! I would love to mix something in my water and have 25 grams of protein because I love my hair and don't want to lose it, and I need the energy! Thanks!

I still can't even take pills in pill form You should also look into Isopure, I tried some this weekend (premixed, in 20 oz bottles) and it was good, though expensive. (around $3 per bottle) There's just no getting around protein. Julie 399/371/348/160

Haha, that's why you read ALL the posts first. My sister (18 mo postop) tells me to watch out when drinking that much protein at once, that your body can't really process more than about 30 grams at one time. I divided my bottle into two, and that seemed okay.
