WOW Moment and Profile update

Hello My april Family Just wanted to let you know I have some pics on my profile now you can all see what I look like sorry they are so small I tried to get them bigger but I will retake some new ones soon but its a start........ Now for the WOW moment well I finally broke down and bought a scale yesterday because I wont see my doc for 2 months and I dont want to wait that long to weigh so I weighed this morning and I am at 298 from 302 so I met my first goal and that was to get under 300 pds so now as of today I have loss 40# in 6 weeks so I am so excited and I cant wait to get on my eliptical that I just bought and really start to see the weight come off even more........thanks for the love and support hope all is going well with everyone sorry I havent posted or been on lately just been really busy getting ready to go back to work next week.....but I am trying to keep you all updated and check in with you all have a wonderful weekend hugs and love lisa

WTG!! I am going to have to do the same thing. My next appt isn't until July and I definatly want to weigh before then!!! Good luck with your journey!!

You go Girl!! One pound at a time and we will get it done. 40 pounds in six weeks is incrediable, do you have energy, are you weak? I had RNY surgery April 21, 2006 and as of today I have lost 17 pounds. I have a treadmill, but I have been so weak that I haven't used it much. They say the eliptical is really great, keep me posted on how it works. I have 3 pounds to my first goal of 190. Congratulations and God Speed
