Happy Friday All ! Sorry I have not posted this thread the last few day's as it has been very busy and I have not had any time to get on the computer ! I hope everyone is doing well and losing , losing , losing ! I myself have hit a platue at just 3 week's out ! I have not lost any weight for 6 day's now ! It is frusterating but I am trying to stay positive and know that I am not the only one going through it ! Well here is yesterday's menu : Pre Breakfast , 16 oz. Decaf Coffee, 4 oz. Carb Countdown Choc. Milk w/ 1/2 scoop Whey protein powder B- 2 T. oatmeal 2 T. Turkey bacon 2 T. applesauce Pre Lunch , 16 oz. water, 8 oz. green tea L- 2 T. tuna Salad ( made w/ Miricle Whip light) 2 T. squash 2 T. banana w/ 1/2 scoop Whey Protein powder Pre Dinner, 16 oz. Water, 8 oz. Carb Countdown Choc. Milk w / 1/2 scoop Whey Protein powder D- 2 T. ground beef (96 %) 2 T. green bean's 2 T. squash Got in 68 oz. of fluid's and took all my supplement's ! yesterday was a bad day for me. My hubby's car died. and where as I would of done something bad like hit a vending machine I was SOL. B: 3 ounces carbsmart yogurt S: sugar free pudding (sue me I'm PMSing ) L: ounce of cheese yep it was something I could grab while the tow truck driver was loading hubby's car S: none D: 3 ounces of grilled salmon S: more pudding. Water: only 40 ounces Vits: done Excercise: wandering the car lot waiting for them to diagnose my car problems.. which I told them what was wrong.. Today is another day I had a 1 egg omlet with 1/2 slice of swiss and it was great! I am enjoy a cup of decaff coffee right now and it's awesome..

I talked to my nutrionist yesterday about why the scale hasnt hardly moved for 2 weeks and she said I am not getting in enough calories. She said I can go as high as 1000 a day, that I am starving my body at such a low number (avg 600) and it is probably shutting down and holding on to the weight for dear life. So, I tried to eat a bit more calories for dinner last night but I couldnt eat much more than I usually do. I felt overly full only eating about half. So, I guess I need to eat a little higher calories items. She said my carbs and protein were perfect though. 7am- Protein shake made with water 9am -1/4c cottage cheese 1pm- 1.5oz turkey breast rolled around 1 oz american cheese 430pm- Protein shake made with water 6pm- 2oz baked chicken, 1/4c ricotta cheese, 1/4c sugar free italian tomato sauce, 1oz mozzarella cheese. All of this baked together. I could only eat a little more than half of it and it made me feel way to full. 9pm- 8oz low carb milk with 2 TBSP strawberries, 2 TBSP whipped cream and 12 blueberries blended in as a smoothie. Drank about 3/4 of it. TASTY! Got in my calcium, multivitamins, b complex and 96 oz of water, 30 minute walk. Calories 798 Fat 26 Carbs 21 Protein 117

Hi Carolee! Yesterday was only my second day of eating (had been on clear liquids up until). But I have done just fine.... no problems with anything I've eaten. And I feel SO much better with something in me. I'll never look at broth or Jello again . 8am - 1 egg, scrambled pinch of shredded cheese 11am - Advantage Protein Shake 2pm - 1/2 c Taco Bell Pintos N Cheese 5pm - 1/4 c lowfat cottage cheese 1 T apple Sauce 1 sm crab leg 8pm - 2 saltine crackers 2 T reduced fat peanut butter 2 slices banana 60 oz liquids, multi-vit, calcium, iron & B12, walked total of 30 minutes (i'll be glad when my back feels some relief from the weight loss & i'll be able to walk more) Calories 896 Fat 45 Carbs 66 Protein 60 I LOVE FITDAY.COM!! Also my nutritionist told me the same thing about not getting enough calories. I did better today (Friday) than yesterday on my calories. She said to get at least 1000 a day, up to 1200. I've lost 35 pounds.

I might have to shoot for more calories as well then. I KNOW i'm not getting in more than 500 calories if even that.

Thats funny about the jello! I told my husband the same thing last night, I dont think I will ever eat jello again! LOL Isnt fitday great! I plan my whole day each morning on it so I know just where I am at and if I need to add anything to the meals to get me on track. Im having trouble getting the calories up to 1000 while keeping my carbs under 30 though. I need to get more creative I think. I have the "eating after wls" cookbook and I guess Im gonna have to start studying it. Have a great weekend!

I'm going to up my calorie's as well ! I am only taking in 490-520 a day now so maybe if I start taking in more I will start to lose again ! I also love fitday ! I have been using it since coming home from surgery and it help's so much to see exactly what you are taking in and burning off ! It is such a blessing to have this site and it's free at that ! Thanks to all of you whom respond to this thread as you are not only helping me but other's as well that are looking for idea's and even those whom are just curious at what the heck everyone is eating that are so close in surgery dates !
