Do any of you actually get a full feeling when you eat? I don't, not sure if I am just not eating enough or what. Thanks in advance for your replies. Cheryl

I don't feel full like I used to feel full. It's more of a satisfied feeling. Lizzie

Hi Cheryl, I get a pressure in my abdomen, not a sense of satiation. Also, if my food is too dry or disagrees with me I can feel it as a lump in my belly till I puke it up. I would base your diet on your nut,'s rules etc. Such as x oz. of liquid, y grams of protien, etc. It's kind of hard to get enpough protien and not enough calories actually- and thats a good thing!

i get a weird feeling.. it definitely doesn't feel like "woah, i'm stuffed..".. but more like "ok, i'm done." it's weird, i could eating just fine - and then i go take one more bite and i just can't make myself eat it.. so i throw whatever's left away and throw my plate in the dishwasher. my "hungry" feelings are different now, too. i don't feel "hungry".. but i do feel like i need to eat something. i almost think it's like i feel my tank starting to run on empty.. soi need fuel! it's pretty cool.. at night is a little different. i get head hunger wicked bad - so i plan for it. i allow myself to have a snack of string cheese or 2 saltine's with a slice of havarti. this helps my "hunger" while also adding some more protein to my diet. hope this helps! kristen

I am in the same position as Kristen to the point if I do take another bite I need to spit it out.

Hi, I do get full. As a matter of fact today and yesterday I had to force myself to eat. When I am full I feel like a basketball is in my stomach. If I over eat I feel that way all night. That is why I do not over eat. I am doing well at getting my water in and have been doing okay with the food. However, I am at the PMS stage in my clycle and I do not want anything at all to eat. I am sure there will be lots of changes in food and how my body accepts it over the next few months. I am just happy that after 10 days I at last had a BM. I was beginning to think I was never going to go again!

I agree with all the posts. I felt full at first and then could eat more and more while I was on full liquids. Now that I am eating denser food I get a FULL feeling but sometimes takes 15-20 minutes to feel it and that is why I am trying to eat really slow which is really hard for me.
