Not eating or drinking enough????
unfortunately, there's no way but to just do it. try different liquids: hot tea, iced tea, CL, flavored water.. right now - i'm all about SoBe Lean - Citrust Energy Drink. But these are expensive. lol. i find the more i drink of one thing, the harder it becomes to drink.. so i need to give myself a lot of variety.
there are days when i don't do so well.. but then there are days when i drink all day long.
it sucks, but we don't have a choice, really. make yourself drink it, or suffer the consequences - and i, for one, have no desire to suffer those consequences! lol dehydration is no joke.

I eat three tiny meals and then have three snacks a day - my snacks are my protein drinks. I mix whey protein powder with 4 oz. of water and drink that.
For my water I keep a water bottle with me at all time and I sip sip sip all day long. I drink one Propel a day and then use that bottle - I just keep filling it with water throughout the day. The bottle is 16.9 oz. so I know I have to drink 4 of them. I have noticed if I'm spending too much time on the computer I forget to drink. If I go out anywhere my water bottle comes with me.
When I was newly out of surgery I couldn't stomach plain water so I drank flavored waters or Propel. Once I was eating more food I was able to drink plain water.
