Pre Breakfast: 16 oz. Decaf Coffee
B- 2 T. scrambled egg's
2 T. oatmeal
Pre Lunch : 6 oz. Carb Countdown Choc. Milk , 14 oz. water, 1/2 scoop Whey protein
L- 2 T. grilled chicken breast
2 T. broccoli & cauliflower
2 T. squash
Pre Dinner: 6 oz. C/C Choc. milk, 14 oz. water, 1/2 scoop whey protein
D- 2 T. 93% ground beef
2 T. squash
2 tbls. unsweetened applesauce
A pinch of chedder cheese
S- 2 T. s/f cheese cake w/ 1/2 scoop whey protein
That is it !

This is what I had yesterday
B - 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 Laughing Cow Light Mini Babybel Cheese Round
L - 2 boiled eggs w/fat free I can't believe its not butter, salt, pepper
D - 3 oz. chicken breast marinated in Baja Chipotle sauce - yum!
not nearly enough water though

Looking at your menu's, I am jealous...am afraid to try new things, but getting very tired of what I am eating. My doc has me on 1 TBS of each serving at meals and I am finding that in the afternoons I am hungry. This is what I had yesterday:
B: 1 TBS Cottage Cheese
1 TBS mashed Peaches
1/4 slice wheat toast
Spray butter (0 fat)
Snack: 4 oz Milk with sugar free choc flavoring
L: 1 Chicken stick (small)
1 TBS mashed potatoes w/ spray butter
1 TBS Peas/carrots
Snack: 1/2 skim milk with 1/2 ww smoothie
S: 2 Saltine Crackers
1 TBS Pizza Sauce
1 TBS Moz Cheese
(made like little pizza's & broil until cheese melts)
Snack: 4 oz. skim milk
(32 oz water throughout the day)

Snack:
1/2 cup of sf cheesecake flavored pudding (unflavored protein added)
Lunch:
1/2 cup ground imitation crabmeat mixed with light mayo and ranch dressing mix
Snack:
another 1/2 cup of the pudding
Dinner:
1/2 cup pork loin
Snack:
Strawberry Smoothie made with chocolate protein powder and plain yogurt for extra protein.

PB- Isopure shake w/ water (liquid calcium mixed in)
B- 1/4c Eggbeaters, 1 teasp. salsa
L- 1/4c LF Cottage cheese
D- 1/4c refried beans, pinch of cheddar cheese, 1 T sour cream, 1 T salsa
S- 2 T SF/FF white chocolate pudding with unflavored protein powder mixed in
No exercise yesterday unfortunately. I was having a bad day and was dog tired.
