Here's my menu for yesterday;
pre breakfast : 16 oz decaf coffee
B- 2 T. scrambled eggs w/ a pinch of l/f chedder cheese
2 T. oatmeal sweetened w/ a pinch of splenda
2 T. banana
500 mg. of calcium, b-12 sublingual, multi v. chewable , boitin
pre lunch : 4 oz. carb countdown choc. milk, 1/2 scoop whey protein powder, 12 oz water
L- 2 T. grilled chicken
2 T. cauliflower
2 T. Wendy's chili
pre dinner : 14 oz. water, 4 oz. carb countdown choc. milk, 1/2 scoop whey protein powder
D - 2 T. pork tenderloin
2 T. carrot's
2 T. cottage cheese
500 mg's Calcium, b-12 sublingual, multi vit.
S- 4 oz. skim milk
1/2 scoop whey protein powder

I'm on about my 5th day of no loss, so I am getting disappointed. I need to have my husband lock the scale up and only let me use it one day a week. Hopefully journaling my food will keep my mind off it.
Pre-breakfast (when I wake up, about 2 hours before bfast)
Isopure protein shake mixed with water (25g PR)
Breakfast
1/4c LF cottage cheese
Lunch
1/4c refried beans, 1teasp sour cream, 1T salsa
Dinner
1/4c eggbeaters, 1T salsa
Snack (30 mins before bed)
Isopure protein shake mixed with water (25g PR)
I have my liquid calcium with my first protein shake, multivitamins with my lunch, and mix my liquid B vitamins in with my before bedtime shake.

lots of water in between
