I make a puree soup that is good, I just put one zucchini, one yellow squash, one carrot, all vegies diced small. One can of Itailian style diced tomatoes, and about 2 cups of water and 2 chicken bullion cubes. oh, and a tsp of garlic. I just cook it untill the vegies are soft and puree it. It tastes really good.

All kinds of soup works for blending. Chunky soup and progresso have been some of my favorites. I have pureed chicken meatballs with spagetti sauce. It was like eating meat based pasta sauce, no pasta, and then topped with cheese. I don't eat mayo so tuna and egg salad aren't an option for me but I know others who have eaten and enjoyed. Sunday I made homemade pot pie for the family. Before adding the crust, I took out some of the vegetable and cream mix and blended it, put it in a small baking pan with just a touch of the crust mixture and baked it separately. It looked gross but tasted really good. Melissa
