What did you eat ?
Good Morning everyone ,
Look's like rain today and the rest of the week . I guess we are in need of it though so we should take it with a grain of salt !
Well here is yesterday's menu for me :
B- 2 tbls. oatmeal
2 tbls. peanut butter
2 tbls. fruit ****tail
L- 2 tbls. grilled chicken
2 tbls. cauliflower
2 tbls. chili
D- same as lunch
I drank 58 oz. of of fluids as well . Also a scoop of Whey protein powder mixed with my milk as usual .
I had a snack at around 8 ish and that was a fat free / sugar free cheese cake and only had a few bites . It was good ! YUM !
That is about it !

Hi Carolee,
Yesterday I had:
breakfast
1 hard boiled egg
1 oz of string cheese
lunch
2 thin slices of deli turkey
2 slices of low fat cheddar cheese
dinner
2 tbls of tuna salad(light tuna in water, light mayo,oldbay seasoning,lowfat shredded cheese)
2 multigrain crackers
snack around 9 pm had 2 ritz crackers with squirt cheese

Today is my first day on Pureed food so I am feeling wonderful about have choice again!
Today I ate:
breafast 4 oz milk
snack: 2 oz milk
Lunch 1/4 cup pureed beef barley soup (VERY YUMMY)
Snack 4 oz milk with 1/2 scoop protien powder
Dinner will be 1/4 cup pureed beef barley soup
I have had about 20 oz of water and will most likely have Lemongrass tea later. My mind wants more but my body says no. I just want to try different taste!
