hello my april family time to share our recipes that we have tried since we had surgery......... Potatoe Supreme recipe 1 10oz bag of hashbrown potatoes cubes 1 pint of fatfree sourcream 1 can of fatfree chickensoup 1 10 0z pk of lowfat shredded cheddar cheese 1 stick of light butter 1/4 cup of chopped onions 15 low fat ritz crackers preheat oven at 350* take a 13x9 pan melt butter in pan, mix all ingredients together except the crackers in the pan of butter. then top with crushed cracker crumbs bake for 1 1/2 hours and enjoy I will find out the calories and fats and so forth in it but it is made pretty healthy Found this pizza recipe on the recipe board looks good and we can still have pizza Pizza 1# ground meat 1TLB fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried) 1TLB fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried) 1 clove garlic minced 1/2 pizza sauce 1 pkg. pepperoni add -on toppings of your choice 2 cups pizza cheese mix meat, spices and garlic together and place in 2 deep baking dish (I used 9x13), pushing meat up the sides to form a shell. Bake 350 oven for 40 minutes or until done but not dry. Drain off any excess grease. Put sauce, pepperoni and add on toppings, then spread cheese evenly on top. Bake 400 oven another 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Hope you like and enjoy hugs and love lisa
