Hi Helen,
I also rarely post here but I came here specifically to check up on you. I think of you often. I wish I had answers to help you in your journey. I have lost almost 80 pounds. Not the 100 + the others have and if I were in your shoes I would be sounding off too. I think that is one of the reasons we use this board, to help when we can and to listen and lend a shoulder when we can't. You are a beautiful woman, and there is something in your smile that just tells me you can make this surgery work for you. Keep at it girlfriend. Exercise... no matter how little gets your metabolism going.
Happy new Year to you.
Hugs from Chelsea, Mi
Katie

Helen, I glad you asked someone to join us. That will give us 14. Are you drinking decaf coffee? I started decaf. I am trying to drink decaf only thru the challenge at least. Who knows maybe I can make it a new habit. See us all lighter. Joanne

Jackie, Looks like you did good to me. Today was a little harder for me for I had to work. I work in a juvenile detention center. I had to go in the cafteria with the kids for breakfast and it smelled good. Luckily I had my light yogart with me. I spent the rest of the day in court and had taken V-8 with me. Will post later for I am off to a support group meeting. Hang in. See you lighter. Joanne

Judy, You are so funny!!!! Beer Withdrawal? Right!!! I did read your post from yesterday and am very proud of you. I have done good today. I did think of eating just a bite a couple of times but thought of my goal each time. I didn't give in. I am peeing again today. No problem pooping either. Try a little V-8 juice. I also had homemade cream of broccoli soup yesterday. Full of fiber. Will let all know tonight what I ate today. I did have some chocolate decafe coffee. YUMMY!!! See you lighter. Joanne
