Hi, I have lost a toal of 73 pounds and 43 inches. I have went from 256 to 183 and in clothes from a size 20 to a 12. I want to lose another 50 pounds. Good luck to all of you April folks. Tami

Hi All! I had surgery on 4/4/05 and I've lost a total of 82 pounds since surgery! So when I add up pre-surgery weight loss and after surgery weight loss that makes my total weight loss 127!!! I took pictures Sat. of my two sons and me in my old pants!!!!! What a thrill!!!! Teresa CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE APRIL GANG ON YOUR GREAT PROGRESS!!!!!!

I have lost 100.5 lbs over all and 92.5 since the surgery. I feel Grrrrreat!

I've lost 68 pounds in 17 weeks. My hair is starting to fall out and I'm now taking a Biotin supplement. I actually wore a swimming suit in a friend's pool last week. I can't tell you how many years it's been since I put one on.

I feel best when I stick with protein drinks, lo carb yogurt, crystal lite, and have 1 snack of 4 crackers and a slice of cheese a day. I can eat steak, if it is thin sliced before cooked instead of the size I would have bought before surgery........... cooks quicker, and doesn't seem to get as solid that way.
