Hi All,
I am down 67 lbs since surgery on April 11th... some days it's a lot... and some days it's not enough! For the most part I am feeling so much better that it good enough!!! I haven't been able to excersize as I had wanted due to a back injury not long after surgery. I am feeling better so I will begin the excersize again this week and will see an improvement in my weightloss!

Where do you get those kind of protein bars. I buy some and eat them occasionally. I would like to buy some different but good kind. What flavors do they have.

I started at around 288 (my scale...291 doctors scale) and I'm a 221 now so I guess that's, what, 67 pounds? My goal is around 135 so I have 86 to go! Woohoo!
I'm right at about 1000 calories but I'm working hard to get them down a LOT so I can speed up my loss. 670 today! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

exactly four months out today, and down 87lbs, with LOTS still to go. I was a REAL heavyweight to begin with, but doing great and feeling great. i still want to lose about another 130-150lbs. Congrats to all of you who are reaching your goals, and to all who have lost.

You are doing great. I am proud of you. I have lost 86 lbs and over all body inches of 70. This surgery saved my life and I am grateful every day for it.

Congrats on your wow moments.
Here is mine. I have hit a plateau for a few weeks now and have not got on scale til I saw my doc last monday. I was 221 lbs. Well i had a recheck with him a week later and got on the scale and was 209. Oh my goodness I lost 12 lbs in one week. Maybe i do need to stay off the scales.

I am a size 18 pant too. It drives my husband nuts when I wear my old size 30 32 tops. They are like night gowns now. IT is amazing to see the changes. I wish i could cut the skin off myself. I would most likely be a 12/14. I just cant stuff the skin into anything smaller and I am bummed about it.

Hello all
I had surgery the month of april as well and just started to lose my hair. I thought I was the only one. I do not feel so bad now. We can all be bald and thin together. Hey at least they have some cool looking wigs now.. not like the 60's. If it ever came down to that. Good luck every one.
