Do NOT rely on emails to your doctor's office. CALL THEM!
I don't take tablet multivitamins because of the absorption issues. You might want to get some ultra mega liquid from a GN****il you get your issue resolved.

You're so right that only on this web site, can we be called "lightweights"! lol. I started at 234 and am at 189 right now. I have 55 lbs. to go to my doc's goal weight of 134. I had my surgery on 4/28/05 and am not a "fast" loser but am so happy to go from 3-2X to a size 14 pant and a medium-large top! Sounds like you're doing really well. Keep up the good work.

I would be concerned if you have done well up to this point. It sounds an awful lot like the strictures that I had a couple months ago. I could not tolerate many things since the opening to my intestine had become so small. You should call your doctor's office tomorrow morning. It is an easy fix and will produce results immediately. Make sure you are getting some liquids, because dehydration could land you in the hospital. I did need two endoscopies to fix my problem. Since I have eaten more, felt better, and exercised more, my weight loss has been very good.

Lately I have been feeling like crap. I get nausous over every little thing..seeing food, or smelling food..I can hardly eat anything..let alone drink as much water as I should be. I keep dry heaving and vomiting up either snot or foamy stuff. I emailed my Dr, but I havent heard anything yet. It has been going on for about a week, and I am starting to get worried. I know I am not getting enough vitamins, because I cant eat to get them down. I need help.

I RECEIVED A FILL ON THIS PAST FRIDAY AND DID GREAT THAT DAY BUT YESTERDAY AND TODAY I CAN'T EVEN KEEP WATER DOWN. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ADVISE IF THIS IS NORMAL AND WILL IT PASS. THANKS
