Topic: RE: Who had a WOW moment(s) this week?
The century mark do you count the little amount of weight you lost a week before surgery or do you just count the weight post-op. I am close but wondering which one you count? Thanks, Christy

Thank you so much for you input. It really helps just getting opinions that matter. Your opinions matter. We share a common bond. My calories are in check, and the sugars from the fruit don't seem to bother me at all. I went to see the nutritionist, and have lost another 19 lbs. for a total of 149. I truly am blessed. I have started eating more salad and less fruit, and I need to increase my proteins. Shrimp, and chicken breasts seem to be doing the trick. Thank you again for responding to my post. Richard

Topic: RE: Is anybody else exhausted all the time?
THANK YOU for posting. It started 2 days ago for me. I find myself fatigued and laying down on the couch in the afternoons. I just started iron again and upped the vitamins but yeah, I was getting worried.

If you find the chart, you'll have to let me know what dark green/gray signifies.

Topic: Is anybody else exhausted all the time?
Hi All. I've lost 75 pounds as of this morning and I'd be jumping up and down with joy but I'm too darn tired. Is this exhaustion going around at almost five months out or is it just me? I'm taking all my meds and vitamins and iron, blah blah blah. I just want to lie down all the time. Wondering... Lynda

Topic: RE: Help!!! My hair is falling out!
I'm having some hair loss too. It doesn't sound like it's as much as yours but I did speak to my surgeon's nutrit. about it. She said there's not much I can do but I'd definitely speak to your surgical team about it as they may disagree. But please, don't take anything w/o asking them as you never know how you'll react to it. Good luck, A

Topic: Poop Color Chart
I thought I saw (a few months ago) a poop color chart somewhere on the 'Net. Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate it. While I know what most of the colors mean, I'd love to print out a chart if anyone knows where I can locate one. Thanks, A _______________________________________________ Duodenal Switch/Lap -- Drs. Congrats on the news! I hope all goes very well for you and the new baby. Make sure you get in to see your OB_GYN ASAP.... I am sure due to the nutrients (or lack there of) you have to do extra prenatal care. Best Wishes to you and your hubby!! Hugggz~Christy

I occasionally eat Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge. It's probably the closest thing to a Little Debbie Nutty Bar I'll ever have. 185 calories, 9 g fat, 9 carbs, 4 g sugar, 14 g protein. Cindie 308/254/goal: 131
