Im with you. Its been months since I saw much movement and Im down 55lbs. I think no carbs and all dense protein might help, but I hate doing that because you get constipated. If you find out the secret, please let me know.

Hi Alice as long as clothes are dropping, you are doing fine. I havnt really dropped in size in 2 months. and only down a few pounds. Forget the scale and go for the size.

Hey Helen - Your message was exactly what I needed tonight! I tossed the scale back into the closet. Last I checked I was back to 208. I know its all fluid so ignoring it. Monday at 1pm is the appt with the ob/gyn. I'm hoping she will just book me in the OR sometime in the next week or so and do the D&C. Maybe that will help. I bought some tea today - Raspberry Leaf. Someone told me it might help. At this point if someone had magic beans to sell to get my period to stop I probably would buy them... lol
