I went shopping at Lane Bryant last weekend and tried on a size 18 top and 20 pants..... Well the top didn't fit anywhere (way too big) and the waist was too large on the pants, so I told the sales associate that I wanted to try a size 14 top and size 18 pants. Low and behold I slid right into the pants and put on the top and thought looked in the mirror. I felt like I was looking at someone else. I was estatic and when out on the floor and twirled and squeeled like a 6 year old. That was a real WOW moment for me. I also became a member of the century club this week!! Yay!! Pam

Yes, I too have been at the 2 mo plateau. But then I check the chart and tell myself to shut up. According to my physician's chart I have lost what I should have for January. I went to my pcp this morning for my b-12 shot and I am down 120 lbs... I was hoping for it to be more beings I am almost 8 months out, but I'll take what I've lost anyday!!

Wow everyone is doing so great! I'm down 95 lbs +/- and have another 35-40 to go. I was pretty much stalled out the entire month of October only dropped 3 or 4 pounds total. That snack monster snuck up on me and hit me hard, but I've pretty much gotten things under control and started losing again. I have a follow-up w/my surgeon next wednesday and really want to be at that 100 lb mark or better. Some days I don't think I eat near enough and others I think I've had way too much calories. Snacking is still an issue some days, but now that I'm aware of it I'm making better choices. I'm going to have to get in with a dietitian soon and figure out where I need to be at in this phase. Thanks! The one of me snorkeling was a total surprise when I saw it. It was completely unposed, and awesome with the fish and everything. It's my favourite one of the honeymoon. We took all the underwater pictures, with a really over-priced underwater desposable camera. Some of them came out better than others. The shelter wasn't much fun, but we made it! yay! Thanks again!
