Topic: RE: How much weight have you lost?
My total so far is 77 lbs. I have been stalled for almost 2 months now. I got the scale to start moving down but then I hurt my foot and had to give up the treadmill for just over a week. Hopefully I can get it started again!! Katie

I did very well. We went to my grandmother's, she had surgery two days before T'giving so we all brought over the food. I made mashed potaotes. My aunt made the trukey but it was too dry to eat. I had some potatoes, some stuffing, some peas, some green beans. I made sugar free apple crisp, which was fabulous. Everyone else put ice cream on it, but I though it was fine without it. T'giving was never my favorite holiday so I didn't get into too much trouble. Christmas Eve is when I'll get in trouble. We make the big Italian fish dinner and it' my favorite meal of the year. L*

Congrats, Linda!!! Isn't it the most amazing feeling. I had dinner with my husband in a restaurant where a good friend of his is the bartender. I went up to him to say hi (I haven't seen him since before the surgery) and he told me that he thought my husband was having an affair because he didn't recognize me!! Keep WOWing them, Linda, the journey has only just begun...

Topic: Who had a WOW moment(s) this week?
Good Morning, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and didn't eat too much. Who had a WOW moment or WOW moments this week? I am sure we all had several with the Holiday and all. I know I did. My first WOW moment was Dana (Cajun Girl) giving me a beautiful suit size 12 and it fits!!! My second WOW moment was going 4 wheeler riding with my little brother and we didn't get stuck in the mud. My butt fit fine. My third WOW moment was seeing my niece's on Thanksgiving and them telling me I'm small and I look like my sister. My fourth WOW moment was going to my Father's bay home and going fishing on his boat, I had no trouble getting in and out of the boat. My fifth WOW moment was cleaning out my car yesterday and I realized I could climb over the seats without having to open the doors. So, what were your WOW moment(s) this week. We love to hear from you to cheer you on to victory. So, come on and share them with us. Gina

Yea, I ran into my neice and nephew at Walmart yesterday and she said OMG its Aunt Linda...I didnt recognize you...Do you find it hard sometimes to remain humble and not just swirl around and let them see the whole you??? I dont want to seem a bragart but wow!!This was some work done on my part!! I had to do the preop testing and I had to go to sleep...I had to walk the halls at the hospital when it felt like my insides had been thru a fist fight and I had to stress about getting in enough protien and liquid the first few months... But wow!!! I love looking at size 16's instead of 28s

Brenda, I have lost 107 lbs so far. Weight loss has really slowed down and I have weeks where I bounce back and forth a few lbs. I am wearing size 20/22 from a size 32 so I'm not complaining. Everyone has done so well. Congradulations to all!!! See all lighter. Joanne

Tom, My day went really well. I ate very little but enjoyed what I ate. I used the 3 bite rule for desert. Friday I ate a piece of cold turkey and got really sick. While I'm hanging over the trash can my grandaughter is giving me a lecture about making a list of things I can't eat and putting cold turkey on it. Don't know why it made me sick but I ate some hot with gravy that night for diner and made out fine. See you lighter. Joanne
