Hello Julia, I know how you feel. I was on a plateau for 2 month. Not losing and inch or a pound. I felt like I was never going to get past 210.5. But I read through so many messages that were in this support group and followed what they said. Eat more protien and drink more water. Guess what??? It worked!!!!. I'm happy so say that I am now 198 and looking forward to being 151 some day. So don't lose hope. Your body just need to catch up to your weight loss. Trust me, I felt the same way and didn't want to hear anybody else success stories cause my body was stuck. But give it a little time and you will be on the losing side again. 287/198/151 some day soon

111 lbs, yes I can hear you and I would be disappointed in you if I couldnt hear the celebrations. To be so near you goal is such a major acheivement in only 71/2 months! YOu will make it well and truely by your first rebirthday. I wont give up my hearts desire to be in the century club, but it is seeming more unlikely to me every day. I cant get past the 55lbs. I would love to know what you eat each day, Gina and how much exercise you are doing to have lost double what I have.
