I did really well. I purchased the Nature Sweet and used it in the sweet potatoes which I actually made for the first time ever - who knew they were that easy?? - and made myself some cranberry sauce. I didn't have any dessert and didn't miss it. I did buy a NSA apple pie which is still in the freezer.

Amber, I am sorry to hear that you are at a stand still with your weight loss but I am glad to know I am not the only one!!!I keep telling myself that this last 20 pounds will be the hardest if it ever comes off and unfortunately I can tolerate any food including sugar and grease and I have not been making the best food choices!!! Hopefully we can all get back on track and reach those goals I certainly do not want to end up where I began!!! I never thought I would wear a size 8 but I am!!!! Hopefully I can get through the holidays and start off fresh in the new year!!! Good Luck Jennifer 252/163/140 ish??

I take the Tylenol Rapid Release and absolutely love them. My surgeon said NEVER take pills again. But everyone that has had the same surgery takes pills without any problems. Heather 4-11-05 291-176-150
