Today is my anniversary

I have lost 128lbs. I dont get on here very much anymore, but I wanted to share my excitement. I am shocked at how emotional i feel though. 1 year ago today, I made a life changing decision and am loving life ever since. I didnt expect to feel this way. I am so grateful to OH and my surgeon and staff, and you know, I am very proud of myself, this surgery is a new commitment to life and a whole new lifestyle. I would love to lose about 40 more lbs, but I have to say if I stayed where I am at(185), I cant complain. good Luck to everyone and congratulations, what an achievement we have made.

Congratulations!!! My anniversary was yesterday and I know exactly how you feel. It's a very emotional and rewarding time. I am greatful each and every day for this surgery. It gave me my life back. Marcia
