Today is My 10 Month Anniversary

Today is my 10 month anniversary and I am so excited. I am down to 196 lbs. I never thought it would be possible. Pam

Congratulations Katie! We have all come a long way and this year has gone so fast. I find it hard to believe that a year ago I weighed close too 350 lbs and look at me now!! I will never go back to being that person ever again. Pam
