Calling All Challengers !!!!
Hi all, Sorry I haven't been on here earlier but this has been a busy week so far. Last night I had a support group meeting. Tonight my Brownie troop had a meeting and then I went to the Y and joined. Tomorrow I meet with a personal Trainer. I get 3 free visits. I'm going to exercise tomorrow and get in the pool. Hope all is doing well on week 2 or 1 where ever you are in this challenge. If you haven't posted your weight for the week please do so. Good or bad we want to hear so we know how all is doing. remember you are not alone. We are all in this journey together. See all lighter. Joanne

I am about to hop on my cross trainer. I hate that thing. I really wanted to buy a treadmill but my daughter insisted on the cross trainer. Its ok for her, she is really fit but it kills me!
I am not doing the group plateau buster anymore but I am still working hard so will keep posting in to keep me on the straight and narrow. Here is what I ate yesterday
B- 1 tbs yogurt and 12 raw almonds
L-2 slices ham, 1 slice cheese. 10 cherried
S 10 cherries
D-1 thin sausage, 1 tbs sweet potato, 2 cherry tomatoes and 1 spoon avocado.
4 cups coffee, water.
Ok so thats me for yesterday, Ill post again after today. Hope things are still going well for you after that massive loss of yours last week.

Helen, We all have to do what is best for each of us. I have been very busy this week and on the run. I joined the Y and met with a personal trainer. They give you 3 free training sessions. This man was so nice. He told me he is there Monday and Wednesday nights and would help me for free. I think he really saw I was tring to help myself. I took the grandkids swimming after that. Didn't get home until 9:30. Eating has been ok. The protein shakes have really helped me. Please do keep us posted on how you do. See you lighter. Joanne

It is me Linda S. Have lost 2 lbs. am going to start the diet that is for blood type on Monday, going to get my exercise equipment in order over the weekend so I can do the stepper and the pilates machine for strength training, I am proud of you, I know you are doing good. Has been a terrible week at work, we have not signed the new contract with my customer, might lose my job by April!!! In a panic, but realize it is out of my control, give it up to God. Oh well, talk to you soon.
