What *Percent* Of Excess Weight Have You Lost?
I'm not losing fast in pounds, however I don't think I'm doing bad percent wise. As of today, I've lost 80% of my excess weight starting from my highest weight OR 62% of my excess weight starting from my consult weight.
You can figure percent:
First take your starting weight and subtract your current weight.
Then take your starting weight and subtract your goal weight.
Take the first number and divide by the second number.
Multiply that result by 100.
Example: My highest weight 310 - my current 181 = 129
My highest weight 310 - my goal weight 150 = 160
129/160 = .80625
.80625 x 100 = 80.625 %
Whoo hoo! Way to go! Everyone is about equal here percent wise.
I've been watching the platau buster challenge with interest. I probably should have started with you guys but I've been doing my old gold standard of high protien/low carb/high fluid and that has worked well to undo the damage of three weeks worth of fudge and Christmas cookies. *sigh*

Hi Marra. wow you are really doing well. You have lost 129lbs?? that is fantastic, good on you!! How are you going these days? I am still stuck , of course, but am trying different things all the time to see if I can drop a bit more. My body sure is stubborn, though, like the rest of me.
