Where's the link to the Plateau Buster's info

. Happy New Year Everyone! I've been under the weather and missed reading the board until now. This plateau buster thing sounds great, but where is the original info? Maybe I'm just still groggy from my cold but I saw mention of a site or something, and now can't find anything on it. My "plateau" was "busted" as soon as I went off the Seasonale Birth Control pills in early December, and from Dec 9th to today I have lost 20 pounds. Works for me!!! However, I'd like to know more about the plateau buster thingy you all are doing, for future reference. Thanks! Dayna 310/191/120
