2nd Day of Challenge Roll Call
Jackie, Looks like you did good to me. Today was a little harder for me for I had to work. I work in a juvenile detention center. I had to go in the cafteria with the kids for breakfast and it smelled good. Luckily I had my light yogart with me. I spent the rest of the day in court and had taken V-8 with me. Will post later for I am off to a support group meeting. Hang in. See you lighter. Joanne
I've done okay. I got really light headed and realized I had only taken in a protein shake by lunchtime no water, no nothing . So...the ladies in the cafeteria at the school brought me a piece of Boar's Head ham to make me feel better. Now....I could kick myself. I should have just said no and drank some milk. Maybe I'm not as ready for this as I thought. After the ham I had some cream chix. soup, s/f pudding, decaff. tea, and some water. My protein intake so far is 55 gms, and I still have dinner and some snacks to go!

Hi well Im not sure what time it is there for you all but I am about to go to bed so thought id post.
B- coffee and protein shake
l-soup.
s coffee
d-yougurt with sf jelly and I put some raw almonds in to keep me regular, I know I shouldnt but needed it.
s- am going to have another protein shake shortly.
not as much water as I should have although I have been peeing a lot.

REMEMBER EVERY PROTEIN SHAKE YOU DRINK IS COUNTED TOWARDS YOR LIQUID INTAKE...IT IS OK,,,IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE WATER,,,,BU****ER IS NICE....TRY EATING LOTS OF s/f JELLO THROUGH THE DAY,,,THAT IS ALL LIQUID....
GOOD LUCK AND IF YOU ARE GETTING CONSTIPATED IT IS OK TO EAT SALAD...IT IS CONSIDERED A WATER VEGGIE...SO HAVE AT IT....JUST BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT YOU PUT ON IT....A TEASPOON OF OLIVE OIL AND LEMON WILL BE GREAT..
