Well hello april losers and Hapy New Year...... I am here to wish all of you success as you start your challenges.....This is an exciting time for us all and it will be nice to get back to b asics.... I am working this with you all and will see progress s well although I have been round the block and kick start once a month...I will be right along with youall... God bless your attempts.....This is not going to be easy.....You will have urges and want to go back to eating old ways...but stick with me here and you will see the results very soon. This is going to be exciting to see what people choose to eat for the day... Remember....Protein is key here...You must get in at least 80 grams f protein a day.... Water is a must to replenis your fluids..... Exercise is very important for muscle health...... You will do great if you follow this program.... We did it in the beginning we can do it again....I will be right here to help Good luck and Happy New Year to all Rae

Thanks, Rae! I'm so glad you are going to be here with us. I might need a whipping from time to time, but my goal is 10 pounds in the four weeks. Judy

Rae, Thanks for the incouragement. We are so glad to have you guiuding us. Let me tell you what I am planning on eating tomorrow:Morning=Flavored decafe coffee w/ spenda and non dairy creamer. Breakfast = Light yogurt, Snack= V-8 with protein powder, Lunch= Cream of broccoli soup, Snack= pudding with protein, Dinner Cream of broccoli soup , Snack = V-8 with protein powder. Water in between. This comes too 92 grams of protein and 635 calories. I am going to jounal each night and plan for the next day. I will post each day what I actually eat and drink. Will start counting my 10,000 steps a day for exercise and wal****il I get my steps in. How does this sound? See you lighter. Joanne

Fantastic.... This sounds great...I am glad you are taking ths seriously/////You will do great just by your motivation. I cant tell you enough how imprtant it is to get back to the basics....we need to be in control of our new tool...not let that tool control us..You will see the difference almost immediately...you will see by the end of the first day how much more you are goingto be urinating....everytime you do,,,,you are releasing bad fat and shedding un necessary calories. You will be amazed.....just drink drink drink and get your protein in concentrate on small sips or bites of your soups,,,,dont eat and drink at the same time and you will see the difference,,,, Best of luck youwill do great//// Rae
