Wednesday Roll Call
I got my exercise today! Have you been craving all the stuff that you're not supposed to have lately? (maybe it's related to the holidays) I went to the grocery store and bought all of my basics (milk, sugar free puddings, etc) to make myself do the right thing! I'm really glad the surgeon fixed my stomach- (now if she could have fixed my brain as well!)

Hi Joanne
I have found going to the shops lately with all the yummy treats around pretty hard. I did eat a few things I shouldnt over the past week which has seen me put back on the two pounds that I thought I had finally lost. I didnt eat much, but still I put on two pounds. GRRRRR. I am going to start a new diet regime for my new years resolution to see if I can get my weight to start moving. I have had one hell of an awful year and I need to lose so much more to get to my goal, and hopefully make 2006 a success . I hope if anyone reads this that they can give me some tips on getting my loss started. Im going to post to the main board to ask as well.

Helen, I have gained a few pounds to in the past couple of weeks. I am eating like it is my last week on earth. Monday I am starting the platua Buster diet Rae Ann posted. A friend who had surgery over 2 years ago is going to try it with me. If you are up to it you are welcome to try it with us. I will post the results and we can compare notes. I have to do this. I want so bad to lose 50 lbs before May. I read all the time about people being a size 10 or 14. I am still 18/20 and sometimes I feel sorry for myself and say why isn't this me. I feel like things have always come easier for others but I have always had to struggle so I truely know how you feel. Let me tell you , you are not alone. This applies to many here but we knew it was not all peaches and cream when we started this journey. Take the challenge and join us for 4 weeks. What do we have to lose except hopefully a couple of pounds? I also challenge anyone else who is struggling to try this with us for 4 weeks. See you lighter. Joanne
