8 Months Out Today -109 lbs

Hi all! I am so excited about my new tool and have come a long way! I feel so blessed. Iv'e gone from a size 22/24W to a size 16/18W jeans and from a size 3XL top to size L. I have more energy than I have ever had in my life. I feel so alive and vibrant! I thank God for my health everyday! I have never lost more than 45 lbs and just the thought of losing over 100 lbs just blows my mind. I never thought or even imagined that I would lose the amount of weight that I have and will never gain it back. I can throw away the larger sizes and not turn back!! This journey is awesome! Pam

Congrats on your loss so far. Keep up the good work. I too started out really large. I was a size 30-32 pant and a 5x top. I have lost a total of 142lbs so far, and I feel great. I can fit my booty into a size 24 pant, and an ex-lg shirt. isnt it wonderful to be able to go places we couldnt go before without people staring (in horror and disgust) or being afraid we wouldnt fit in the seats? now we get the looks and stares, but its for a different reason. keep up the great work. P)am , Congradulations!!! I know exactly how you feel. I have lost 111 lbs. I went from a 30/32 to a 20. I will be having a hernia repair and tummy tuck in May. I would love to lose another 50 lbs by then but I am struggling to lose right now. See you lighter. Joanne

Pamela Hi, Congratulations on the great weight loss. I know exactly how you feel. It is so nice to be able to do things that we couldn't do before. I know I can now get in the floor and jump up and down with my grandkids. Just to see the look on their faces and on the faces of my kids. To hear them say to other people that I can now do these things and how proud they are of me goes beyond anything that I could ever imagine. We are truly blessed. Judy
