8 Months & 120 Pounds!!

Holy crap! I am now 8 months and 1 day out and have lost 120 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now have 36 pounds left to meet my personal goal. I can't wait to be there! I'm only 5 pounds away from my doctor's goal of what I should expect to lose from this surgery. I think that goal is too high, that's why it's theirs and not mine. I only have another 7 pounds to make it to the "Overweight" BMI. I am just so amazed, and so so glad I chose to have this surgery. Amber 196/176/140 -120 Pounds!

congrats. My surgery was April 27th, so im not too far behind you, and as of today I am down 136 lbs. I had a longer way to go than you did though. unlike you my dr and I have differences too, but he thinks I will lose probably another 64 lbs or so, and my goal is to lose at least another 84lbs. either way I will be happy with what I have lost so far. I am soooo much healthier and happier than I was this time last year. Keep up the good work, and hopefully you will get to your goal soon. take care Anita B 420/284/200 someday

Way to go, girl! 120 pounds ..that is great. I started at 330 and now am 234 so I am close to 100 lbs but not yet. You are so great to have achieved your goals so far!!!! Julia
