Up until about a week ago I've felt great, however, I had the WORST headache the other day but I was scared to try and swallow a pill. (I don't know if many of you know it but liquid Tylenol is worse than a headache). I would love to be able to swallow a pill rather than chewing one up or crushing it. Any thoughts???? Hugs, Teresa

Julia, I am not sure about taking them daily... I haven't had to take them everyday since I started going to the gym and doing some Hydrotherapy (soaking in the Hot tub). I do some weight/strength train for 3 to 4 times a week for at least 2 hours each time... and then soak in the hot tub for 15 minutes after the workout... I also do 15 minutes of cardio or walking on the treadmill after the strength training. I also use a Glucosamine with Chondronitin + MSM liquid supplement made by Symetec. There web address is www.symteclab.com Costco's carries it. I take two tablespoons every mornin. I have to not that it takes about a month to start working but I can feel the differance. My mother swear by it too... But if you have any questions I would talk to your doctor about the issue.. Best Wishes to ya! Tom

I agree with Tom.. I have been taking Tylenol for months and I cut my vitamins into smaller pieces. Dont worry you can do it,...If ya can't then you need to be checked... ask your nutritionist, she'll tell you or call and ask your Drs nurse. SO MUCH BETTER THAN LIQUID!! Linda

I've been swallowing pills since Day 1 postop. I take a fistful of the things in the morning and at night. Some of them are horse pill size too.

My surgeon told me that I could start taking pill forms of my vitamins and everything at my 6 week post-op checkup. he said if I needed to when I first began I could break them in half in order to get them down, but other than that he didnt see any reasons why I couldnt switch to pill form. Good luck. Anita B 420/285/200 someday

You should be able to take pills now. Try Tylenol rapid release gel caps. They are wonderful.
