Help some advice please

It seems you have hit a platue, i would suggest, remembering all your vitamins, getting in atleast 86 oz of water a day. if you exerices you might wanna increase that one more day a week. Make sure you are getting enough protein in 60-80 grams per day... and remember to relax.. and sleep well. I was stalled out for over a month.. i didnt start losing again until i uped my protein and started walking every other day...
hope that helps. also remember that platues happen for a reason although i am not sure what it is ... and if your losing sizes your still lsoing inches even if its not pounds!
