Cold Medicines

Hey guys! Who has found good post-op cold medicines? Evidently I do dump and it's on Liquid Tylenol cold medicines. I took some yesterday then went grocery shopping. I got so sick I was miserable. The good news was I could breath again after a while and I stopped coughing, but I won't go through that again! So I'm open to suggestions! Thanks in advance. Jen

Hi Jen, I've had pretty good luck with Robitussin products. Everything makes me dump so I keep track of what I can and can't take. Sorry you're sick

Nyquill, if you can tolerate it. I know you'll only be able to take it at a time when you can sleep... but it works, and didn't make me dump at all. It works stronger than regular alcohal (with the pouch), so it'll have you passed out in a matter of minutes... literally (for me... it took mmm... maybe 10). But hey... it works, and that's all that matters.

I take a tylenol sinus I just break it in half.. and I have taken Musinex, I have some water behind my ear. Actually I can take any pill as long as I break it in half or it is very small like actifed or sudifed.. Linda
