6 months update and wow moment

I know it is a little past the 5th, haven't been on much sorry! Went to doc, doing good. I am down from 310 to 223 and still losing a couple a week. I did have a wow moment too. I tried on some jeans to wear for winter, they fit so I bought them only to put them on a wk later and they were way too big. I dont know how but it happened. So I took them back to get a smaller size and I have been wearing those for a couple wks and now those are getting too big for me. I guess I am going to have a pair of jeans in every sizewell take care all and have a good one.......Dede

I noticed that too when you get to the smaller sizes you move through them faster!! I hit goodwill and consignment shops for bargains I don't want to spend too much when they won't fit next week!! Keep up the good work!! Jennifer 252/166/140 ish??

We have clothing exchanges here in Central Indiana for those who need smaller sizes.. Every 3 months we pick up the next 2 sizes smaller we need.. Advertize and have one in your area!! I even have people from MY exercise place donating clothes to us.. It's the exchange or good will.. we buy nothing new..YET Linda

Congrats to YOU!!!! Fantastic!!!!!! I just passed my 6 month too and all blood work and weightloss is great! I went through a phase of loving to shop... but it quickly passed...LOL I am happy to say I fit into my daughter clothes so I am good in that area for a while. KIDS 14 1/2 fit me perfect in jeans..(I am 4 11') I can wear size 7 in adults but they are too long..haha Keep up the great work all! congratulations on your success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a great feeling. I have lost 84 pounds so far too. i went shopping for my daughter this weekend and found lots of choices for myself. it's been along time since i could wear "regular" clothes. how exciting. i had to control myself because i knew i will not stay in one size for long, but it was fun just to know i had a choice. can't wait until i'm at goal. i'll buy a whole new wardrobe. take care. chris 285/201/140
