Perhaps you could try a dose of Ex-Lax? Drink lots of water, stay away from the salt and fat, and try to move those bowels. Lynda

wishing you lots and lots of good vibes. I am part of the century club already and feeling GREAT. I KNOW you can do it..all of you. My surgery was April 27th, and I am down 114lbs. I had a LONG way to go to begin with, so I am half way to my goal. Keep up the great work. Just remember every lb lost is another lb towards our healthier and happier lives.
