my best wow MOMENT..

I weighed at the Barix meeting this morning and for the first time in Many Many years I am under 200 pounds!! I am SOooo happy. Life is good. My platuau is over and I am one happy camper. Katie

I liked that wow moment too. But my best wow moment was 2 days ago when I wrapped a regular size bath towel around me and it lapped over 2 inches!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so amazed I tried to wake my hubby up to share the moment but he has sleep apnea and was dead to the world. Hugs to you Katie. Dale G.
