Wow moment
Well, I too had a wow moment. I was sitting on the couch indian style and my 14 year old came in the living room and sort of screamed "Mom when did you start sitting like that." I was like what? And looked down and said oh that. Ha ha ha..... I didn't really realize I had sit like that.
Also Now I have started going to the gym. I am an exercise holic. They actually told me the other day to stop, that I couldn't do anything else. LOL.... never had that problem before.
But my weight loss has slowed drastically so I hope I can do something to help me loose the rest of the 75 pounds I need to loose.

It has slowed because you have started building muscle. Shake up your routine.. go liquid protien a day..lots of water.. Cardio then muscle building.. don't stop what you are doing just mix it up.. I have heard it helps...
Personally today starts my back to the beginning shake up..Re focus and make needed adjustments

Ruts are always bad. Rut in diet leads to rut in weight loss. I try to vary my diet everyday. Except for my salad. I love salad, but I only eat it if I have already eaten my protein for the day. This has been a great incentive for me to eat my protein. I am really bad about getting in my 60-80 of protein. Luckily, my hair had not fallen out yet and I have just made it to my 6 month mark having lost 95 pounds.
