Hi all, Since surgery, what is your favorite , healthy thing to eat? Mine is BBQ Soy Crisp . It is funny how our taste buds change. Anyone have a favorite recipe you would like to share? I am always looking for something new and healthy. See all lighter. Joanne

Believe it or not, I have pepper jack cheese on crackers almost everyday, carb freedom yogurt, and adkins protein shakes, but the thing that I really want, and should not have is starbucks double shot in the can.

My tastes have changed dramatically since surgery. Do not know why but they sure have. I eat tuna almost everyday. There are only two things that I crave iced tea (drink about 1200 ml a day) and salad which I cant have yet. Here lately though I have been wanting an iced frappacino from Starbucks - I haven't given in though. Heather 4-11-05 291/204 (-87)

I too LOVE cheese. I can't get enough of it. Buy my nutricianalist said it's bad cause it's high in fat. So I really eat alot of chicken. Red meat makes me sick. I am also on a subway kick right now. I live the Italian sub minus the pepporoni. Yummy!!! Talk to you all later. Kristy

A lightly salted rice cake with creamy laughing cow (light) cheese spread. Only has 70 calories, 2 fat, 8 carbs and 4 protein! Nummy! Linda
