Hi everyone, I just got back from vacation and am truly amazed at our April Surgery weight loss. You are doing wonderful. Our total weight loss is 3,480.5 lbs. What a bunch of BIG LOSER'S we all are. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

I love the idea of a poll. I think we should do it occasionally. I averaged the results and found that I am squarely in the middle. That validated for me that I am doing something right--not losing like a champ, but doing moderately well. Thanks for the post. Hugs, Vicki -121 incl pre op loss

I knew someone was doing really well to balance my not too well, but I am impressed! Keep up the good work, and hey how about losing a few for me...............LOL

Hey any weight down is winning!!! I have only lost 75 now but I feel like a million and I have a 100 to go!!! I know it will take longer but I also know NOW for the first time in my life I AM IN CONTROL of my WEIGHT!!! It is not in control of me!! I have hope where no matter what I did before surgery resulted in very little.. I HAVE HOPE IN A FUTURE!!! Linda
