How much to goooooooooooooooo????
well cool i am down 65 # and since i starte yoga twice a week and pilates 3 times a week in conjunction with walk an hour everyday i have stopped losing in fact all i am doing is gaining now and that is sooo scary to me it really ****** me off.... ugh the only thing i can gather is that i am building muscle and that makes u weigh more... at least i hope thats what it is still got 45 to go .
