I started at around 288 (my scale...291 doctors scale) and I'm a 221 now so I guess that's, what, 67 pounds? My goal is around 135 so I have 86 to go! Woohoo! I'm right at about 1000 calories but I'm working hard to get them down a LOT so I can speed up my loss. 670 today! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All, I am down 67 lbs since surgery on April 11th... some days it's a lot... and some days it's not enough! For the most part I am feeling so much better that it good enough!!! I haven't been able to excersize as I had wanted due to a back injury not long after surgery. I am feeling better so I will begin the excersize again this week and will see an improvement in my weightloss!

Hi Christy, Fantastic weight loss everyone is having - who would have thought it possible only a few short months ago. From my highest weight, which was last September, I am down 93 lbs (and from the day of surgery, down 63 lbs). I have an additional 47 to 57 lbs that I would like to lose. But that 47 to 57 now seems like a manageable amount. Cheers, Cele 280/250/187/130-140?

You're so right that only on this web site, can we be called "lightweights"! lol. I started at 234 and am at 189 right now. I have 55 lbs. to go to my doc's goal weight of 134. I had my surgery on 4/28/05 and am not a "fast" loser but am so happy to go from 3-2X to a size 14 pant and a medium-large top! Sounds like you're doing really well. Keep up the good work. Hugggz right back at you too, Susan
