How much to goooooooooooooooo????
I can't tolerate sugar. Anything with Nutrasweet or Sugar Alcohol makes me sick which pretty much eliminates anything but Splenda or Sweet n Lo. Dairy makes me sick so that's out. I use sugar free bread, eat a lot of vegetables (onions, tomatoes) and avocados. Eat a lot of oatmeal. And I don't exercise. I'm actually afraid to. On days where I do exert a lot of energy, I lose more. I don't want to be one of those people who can't stop losing I drink a lot of tea (I'm a huge Constant Comment decaf freak) and water. I haven't touched a soft drink since surgery and don't plan to. I DO drink with meals when I go out but not at home. I do snack on Doritos and I do graze. I'm the poster child for everything you're not supposed to do.
