Protein Bar....

FINALLY found a protein bar that I can actually EAT. Doesn't taste bad and it has 10 grams of protein per small bar (perfect size). It is made by Quaker and it is called Q-Smart. I tried the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and it was pretty dang good!!! They also have another peanut butter kind but I didn't buy it this time until I tried the other one. Just wanted to pass on the info............... Shree

If they taste good, they must have sugar in them. What does the label say? The only protein bar I could stomach is the Power Crunch vanilla but lately I seem to be losing my taste for them. My tastebuds seem to be revolting against artificial sweetners. Lynda

I love Luna protein bars. They're 180 calories with 10 grams of protein and only 10 gramsof sugar. I eat half for breakfast and that's enough to keep me till lunch. I'm sure it's not the best choice out there but it's working for me...

WOW! 10 grams of sugar. I don't get that much in an entire day. No wonder you love it!!! I like EAS Advant Edge Carb Control Nutrition Bars. 210 cal, 2g carbs, 0g sugar, and 25g protein! They come in yummy flavors, too. Judy

Where do you get those kind of protein bars. I buy some and eat them occasionally. I would like to buy some different but good kind. What flavors do they have. Thanks, Christy

I occasionally eat Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge. It's probably the closest thing to a Little Debbie Nutty Bar I'll ever have. 185 calories, 9 g fat, 9 carbs, 4 g sugar, 14 g protein. Cindie 308/254/goal: 131
