weight loss slow down and stalled
Im also 17 weeks out. Ive lost a total of 77 lbs. I hit a stall 3 weeks ago and stayed at 274 for 3 weeks!!!
I checked with my support group and they all said to keep exercising and check amounts of protein and carbs. I started my food journal again and was suprised to find I was taking in ALOT more carbs than I thought. And I was'nt getting enough protein in.
I started getting in 60-80g of protein daily and keeping carbs around 40-45. I lost 8 lbs in a week.
It's soooooooooo easy to slip into eating whatever you can, that you don'****ch it as closely as you should.
