ISOPURE ( drink )

My Doctor's office told me to try ISOPURE. She said drink it strait or add it to your water to flavor it - since water is just so plain. It has no carbs - no fat- 40 g of protien - 0g Sugar For 20 oz It runs about $3.00 a bottle @ GNC but comes in cool flavors like grape, mago peach, ect. ** Just besure to get the ZERO CARB one to drink they have one with carbs** Just thought I would share.

I tried it and could not stomach it. I think it was just awful. I could taste the protein even after adding juice to it. Hope you like it and it helps.

Tastes better if it's REALLY cold. I can only drink it if it's over ice.

I just bought the ISOPURE powder in chocolate, low carbs NOT meal supplement. I mixed it with water and thought it was pretty good. This one has 50 g. of protein and 0 sugar. Furthermore, I can shake it up rather than blend it up and it mixes easily. I put ice in the water to make it extra cold and only mix 1 scoop with 4 oz of water at a time so it stays cold. My friend just shared a scoop with me and I bought my own yesterday. This is going to solve my protein problems! I intend to write the company and request samples of other flavors. It is too pricey to buy without knowing if I will like it. GNC will take back opened product, but I hate to do that. It is such a waste! Good Luck!

I was started off by my surgeon with IsoPure and for the 2 weeks that I was on liquids only, I couldn't stand the stuff. Now that I am on a regular diet, I supplement with IsoPure (Vanilla) daily and don't mind it at all. I tried the 20 oz. drinks and didn't like them at all, so when I run out of my vanilla, I'm going to try the chocolate one. Susan

I recently tried the Pineapple Isopure protein powder and love it. I mix it w/low fat/calorie plain soy milk and it is really good. You can get it at Vitamin Shoppe. Good luck. MEF
