Hello I am comming up on my 4 months and I have lost - 106 lbs. Pre-op = 536 lbs. / currently = 430 lbs. Yah for me, but the scales are not moving very fast in the last week or so... AAAARRRRRR....... Take Care Tom

ALMOST MAKES ME WANT TO CRY. ALL OF YOU ARE DOING GREAT,CONGRAULATIONS. MY SURGERY WAS 4/8/05 AND I AM ONLY DOWN 65 POUNDS. I HAVE A NASTY ULCER AND CAN'T ALWAYS EAT LIKE I SHOULD. MY SURGEON SAID MY BODY IS IN STARVATION MODE. HOPING TO DO BETTER SOON.

Are you getting at least 60-80 g of protein a day? If not ask your Dr if you can supplement with protein drinks. It saved me. The minute I started them I started losing more. I also had problems post op!!

I'm down 63 lbs since April 20th which makes me very happy. I'm getting there, even if it's not very quickly anymore.

I just had gallbladder surgery on Friday the day after my 4 month annniversary. I am happy to say that I lost 5 lbs since then. Which has put me into ONDERLAND and down 65lbs. Gina
