I am now at 195lbs. It has been so long since i have been in the 100's. I have lost 95lbs in 4months. I cant believe it!!! I feel so good!!!! What has everyone else lost? Are you as happy as me?

I had surgery 4-25. Ive lost 71 lbs and 50"s total. Im down from 345 to 274. Down from size 32 to a 22/24.
I cant believe how much youve lost. You must be REALLY working out. Iam, but only 3 days a week.

I'm in the 100s too at 197 lbs. I've lost 65 pounds in four months. My weight loss has slowed and I'm having a horrible problem with constipation but I am happy and grateful I was able to have WLS.
That's awesome!!! I can't wait to be able to say I weigh in the 100's! My date was 4/15 and I'm so happy to have lost 72 pounds. I just hit 239. It's the best thing I've ever done for me. Happy lost pounds ladies!
