Calling all Ice cream lovers?

OK OK I admit it... I want ice cream BAD!!!!! Has anyone found one that doesn't cause dumping? Even if I can only have a tsp, I want a bite to break the craving. I might just go and get my favorite and if I barf, well... aversion therapy works I guess!

Hey Carol!! I too am an ice cream freak and chocolate lover. I have problems with dumping if I eat too many carbs, but I have found the PERFECT SELUTION!!!! If you hava a Schwan's truck in your area, they sell these yummy chocolate fudge sticks, can't remember what they are called. They are fat free, and only have 5 carbs and 50 calories. They really hit the spot! They taste wonderful too! That will take care of your ice cream craving for sure! Tera

You should Try the Blue Bunny Ice Cream made with Splenda. The Snickers bar is out of this world. They also have other kinds for icecream bars and all are VERY Good. Torre

Hi Carol, I looooovvvee Ice Cream. There is a Ice Cream called Carb Control by Breyes....I noticed that someone did mention it already but I thought you would want to know about the different flavors that are good. Ditto, It was so hot today and wanted ice cream soooo Bad. I do eat the popsicle brand " Healthy Bunch " Sugar Free Fudgesicles. I have not found any ice cream but the fudesicles are sugar free and they usually break my craving for ice cream. joni
