Where are my 3 month anniversary people...?
Richard,
Please tell me how in the world you have lost 111 pounds. I am totally serious. I have lost 60 pounds. Went from size 28 to size 16/18 and I am losing. But your wt. loss is amazing. I know that men lose faster than women at times but I would love to know if I am doing something wrong.
What are you eating, how much and what do you drink.and what exercises do you do and how often.
Maybe I am on the wrong track here. Please let me know these things.
Congrats on your loss.
Blessings

Fran, you aren't doing anything wrong. You are doing a great job. I weighed almost 500lbs. when I started. When you have that much to lose it comes off really fast in the beginning. Things are starting to slow down a little now. As far as what I'm eating. I do not make bad choices. I have been through too much to backslide. No food through drive up windows, no refined sugar or flour. ect. ect. This is the time where we could de-rail our surgeries. Fear of going back to where I was prevents me from doing that. So don't worry, you are doing very well, and keep up the good work.
Always,
Richard
This is the first time that I have posted. I have been visiting this site for 2 weeks now, almost daily, and have enjoyed it very much! I had my Lap Band surgery on April 21st of this year, and am down 60 lbs. I have quite a bit to go, but I take it one day at a time. I have a lot more energy, and am extremely happy that I had the surgery. Happy anniversary everyone!
